government encouraged the construction of courses all over France. Today, there are century-old layouts as

Around Paris
The region around Paris is truly a delight. Just forty minutes north is a massive forest and the elegant
town of Chantilly. Chantilly Vineuil
– the number three course in Europe – and an area favored by history and
nature provide an ideal destination for keen golfers and explorers
alike. A short drive south is the
area of Belesbat and Fontainebleau, where Napoleon made his home. Cosmopolitan and lively, yet secluded and
magical. In between is the romantic
capital of the world – Paris – and nearby Versailles, arguably the most
famous chateau town in the region with Louis XIV’s The Versailles
Palace. A seven-night, eight-day itinerary
for the golfer and non-golfer in search of a unique experience including
upscale accommodations, quality golf and rental car.
This tour
includes 4-star accommodations, daily breakfast, a minimum of four rounds of
championship golf and rental car.
Bordeaux and Biarritz
Surrounded by the Pyrenees and major rivers, this region on the
Atlantic coast near Spain is about great golf, wonderful food and wine. Bordeaux is the first city of Aquitaine,
and Biarritz is the ‘in’ beach resort.
